Relaxing but late start
I went in for a hot stone massage. The booking process was simple online, and I got a reminder email, which was helpful. The massage itself was very relaxing and the therapist was skilled. However, my appointment started about 10 minutes late, which cut into the total time a little, although they tried to make it up. Customer service at the front desk was friendly when I checked out. Overall, a good experience, but punctuality could be a tad better. The facilities were clean and calming though.
